James McChristy

James McChristy is an experienced construction management professional with a strong background in project management. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Innovative Industrial Properties, James has previously held various roles, including Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager at Real Projectives®. James began their career as an intern and eventually worked as a Recreational Leader at Heights Community Center. Academically, James holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from UNM Anderson School of Management.
