Shailaja Gantla is the Co-Founder and President of Innovative Information Technologies, Inc. She brings over 16 years of experience in all aspects of Business development and management of Innovative.

Shailaja is instrumental in managing day-to-day operations. Shailaja develops strategic relationships to extend and expand Innovative’s services and capabillities to meet its client needs. She is Innovative’s primary decision and policy-maker.

Shailaja is also Co-Founder of Apex Pharmaceuticals, New Jersey based Generic Pharaceutical Company.

Shailaja holds a Masters and Doctoral degree in Chemistry from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
