Kiai S. Pearson-Jones, M.Ed, MA, serves as the Supervisor of Special Education for Paterson Public Schools since March 2009 and has held multiple roles, including Early Intervention Specialist at Innovative Interventions NJ since September 2007. Kiai's responsibilities encompass supervising special education staff, analyzing IEPs for compliance, and developing intervention programs to support classified students. Kiai also has experience as an Educational Consultant and Behavioral Specialist, where skills in behavior management and client interaction were employed. With adjunct professorship experience at Grand Canyon University and previous positions that include Master Level Clinician and IHP Coordinator, Kiai has a diverse background in both educational administration and special education. Kiai's educational qualifications include two Master’s degrees in Special Education and Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

We focus on providing therapists with expertise and experience servicing children in the 0-3 age range, and with sensitivity to family and socio-economic issues.
