James Jaszkowiak has extensive work experience in the engineering and software development field. James started their career in 2007 at Hutchinson Technology as a Controls Engineer, where they worked in an interdisciplinary team, leading the controls and electrical aspects of projects. James also developed custom software to control manufacturing and inspection equipment. In 2009, James joined Innovative Laser Technologies as a Sr. Electrical Engineer and later became the Software Lead. Currently, they serve as a Principal Software Engineer at IPG Photonics, where they apply their expertise in software development.
James Jaszkowiak earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with an Aviation Focus from the University of North Dakota between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, they hold a certification in Leadership for Engineers from edX, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certificate are not provided.
