DeAnna Niderost, PMP®, has held various roles throughout their work experience. DeAnna currently works as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Innovative Management Concepts, Inc., starting in 2022. Previously, they worked at SOS International LLC as a USINDOPACOM MPE Senior Project Manager / Exercise Planner from 2019 to 2022, where they played a significant role in leading coalition and bilateral network service provision.

Before that, DeAnna was a PMO Lead & Project Manager at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF from 2018 to 2019. In this role, they founded and governed the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard IT Projects Office and successfully managed complex IT infrastructure projects. DeAnna'saccomplishments include improving customer and team member project satisfaction within a year and receiving the Information Technology and Cyber Security department (ITACS) Award.

From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Wall-to-Wall Studios as an Interactive Project Manager, where they directed and managed software, website, and technical interactions with the Development team. DeAnna implemented strategies to maximize company resources and drive new business opportunities with clients.

Prior to that, DeAnna served as a Partner Liaison and Senior Project Manager at Hawaii Information Consortium, LLC from 2011 to 2016. In this role, they fostered strong partnerships and supported business development for various government entities in Hawaii. DeAnna also led cross-functional teams through agile and waterfall software development life cycles in developing online and mobile services.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Java Developer and Project Coordinator at Naval Postgraduate School in 2011, as well as a Junior Software Developer at Desert Star Systems from 2010 to 2011, where they developed applications integrating Google Earth with GPS data.

DeAnna's work experience also includes their role as a Media Liaison/Event Coordinator for W.E. ROCK Rock Crawling Championships from 2006 to 2009. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a strong background in project management, IT infrastructure, software development, and building partnerships with government entities.

DeAnna began their educational journey in 2005 at Lake Tahoe Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business, Economics, and Marketing. After their time at Lake Tahoe, DeAnna pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems at the University of Nevada, Reno, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, DeAnna enrolled at Monterey Peninsula College to further their knowledge in Computer Science, although it is not specified whether they completed a degree in this field.

In addition to their formal education, DeAnna Niderost has obtained certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In August 2017, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Two years later, in August 2019, they acquired the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
