Karen Chambers has extensive work experience in the software development field. Karen started their career as a Software Engineer at Soft Tech in 1990, where they analyzed, designed, developed, and tested software programs. Karen also trained new users and had regular communication with management and end users.
In 1993, Karen joined Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Software Development role, in which they managed software development projects and oversaw all phases of the development cycle. Karen maintained daily communications with users, customers, and upper management to discuss requirements, concerns, and project performance. Later, they became a Software Manager, responsible for managing software development projects and analyzing software problems for customers.
Currently, Karen is working as a Project Manager at Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. as of 2021.
Karen Chambers earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University - Ohio, from 1987 to 1990. In addition, they obtained a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in November 2015.
