Al Kirst

Al is responsible for delivery of system consulting services and Primavera P6 Fundamentals, Advanced, and Risk-based training, along with coaching and mentoring services for IMS’ major P6 implementations. Al has performed this role since 2015. A partial list of companies Al has supported include: Trinity Infrastructure LLC, CSX Railroad, Idaho National Laboratory, DynCorp International, Department of Veterans Affairs, Northrop-Grumman Shipyard and more.

Al joined IMS in 2003 as a Scheduling Consultant. Prior to working with IMS, he worked with Commint Technical Services from 1992 to 2002 providing Project Management consulting in the areas of planning, implementation, training and operating scheduling, resource and cost project management systems for the construction, utility, transportation, petro-chemical, defense, telecommunications, and information technology industries using Primavera project management tools and various database interfacing tools.
