Douglas DeWitt is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Innovative Mortgage Services, Inc. since April 2021, Douglas utilizes in-depth knowledge of the home buying process to enhance client experiences. Douglas is also the Broker/Owner of Advantage Team Realty since February 2011, specializing in residential real estate, vacation investment homes, and bank-owned properties, while holding credentials as a HUD Approved Realtor and Premier Zillow Agent. Previously, Douglas owned Help-U-Sell Express Realty and The Pro Shop, Inc., and has worked as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty and Keller Williams Partners Realty. Douglas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University Pueblo and a Real Estate certification from Jones Real Estate College.
