Lauren Trosclair

Lauren Trosclair is an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator currently with Innovative Mortgage since July 2019 and previously with Range Mortgage LLC from September 2018 to July 2019. Prior to their mortgage career, Lauren held various positions including Vice President of Recruiting at Plural Investments, LLC from June 2008 to August 2012, Investment Banking Analyst at Dominion Capital Advisors from February 2007 to April 2008, and roles within investment banking at Cantor Fitzgerald and Co. from 2006 to 2007. Lauren began their professional journey as a Broadcast/Production Director at The Rhoads Group from December 2003 to September 2006, overseeing all aspects of broadcast production. Lauren obtained education at the University of South Florida from 2001 to 2003.
