In 1981, they joined Innovative Plastics Corp. as the VP of Sales. Steve Fairbanks attended Barrington High School Class of 1975, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1975 to 1979.
