Richard Charley

Richard Charley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in military leadership and training, currently serving as the I MEF PTP Coordinator and Tactical Training Specialist at Innovative Reasoning, LLC since January 2017. Charley has developed and integrated emerging tactics and training resources for Marine units, focusing on enhancing warfighting skills. Prior to this role, Charley dedicated 20 years to the US Marine Corps, holding positions including First Sergeant and Company Gunnery Sergeant, where responsibilities included advising personnel, managing logistics and budgets, and leading teams in high-stress environments such as deployments to Afghanistan. Earlier experiences also include positions with the U.S. Forest Service as a Wildland Firefighter, demonstrating a strong foundation in team leadership and operational readiness.
