Mesgna Mesgna is a dedicated research analyst at Innovative Research Group as of September 2023 and serves as the Canadian National Youth Delegate for COMMONWEALTH YOUTH COUNCIL LIMITED since February 2021, representing Canada at international forums. Prior experience includes a summer analyst role at HSBC Social Innovation Academy, where an award was received for extensive executive interviews, and an intern position at Marty Hennessy's Inspiring Children Foundation, contributing to promotional strategies. Mesgna has also represented youth at Plan International Canada, focusing on gender equity, and founded the Sports and Smarts program, demonstrating leadership in educational and athletic development. Mesgna holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC Sauder School of Business, specializing in Marketing and Business Analytics.
