Lewis George began their career in 2004 as a Technical Support Agent at TelVista. In 2007, they became a PHP Developer at Core Root Publishing, where they developed a custom PHP web application for a Web 2.0 news aggregation engine, and supervised the expansion of the corporate processes and infrastructure related to version and quality control of company products. Later that same year, they joined Layered Technologies as a Support Engineer, providing design and implementation support of client applications for the PaaS and SaaS market space, and managing the infrastructure and Cloud platforms.
In 2009, Lewis George moved to 3tera Inc. as a Team Lead: Customer Success - Support, providing technical support for the 3tera AppLogic product deployed on customer premises. In 2010, they joined CA Technologies as 3tera AppLogic - Sustaining Engineering, working in a second tier support position and providing internal escalation from the support organization and interfacing with the development unit. Finally, in 2011, Lewis George joined Innovative Scaling Technologies Inc. as Director of Technology, helping run a 24/7 hosting operation and developing a managed Cloud services unit from the ground-up. Lewis was responsible for technical direction decisions and planning, as well as managing the customer support delivery and support team.
Lewis George attended DeVry University from 2003 to 2005.
