The Operations and Management Team at Innovative Services NW oversees the strategic implementation and coordination of programs designed to support self-reliance in children and adults within the community. Comprised mainly of Directors along with VPs of Internal and General Operations, this team ensures that the programs are run efficiently, meet regulatory standards, and align with the organization's mission and goals.
