Matt Suckel has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 with Icons of Surf as an Assistant Manager. In this role, Matt was responsible for suggesting themes, overseeing store operations, planning and executing visual merchandising activity, addressing accessory mix, and providing excellent service. In 2013, Matt began working for Volcom as an In-House Sales Representative and Sales Intern, specializing in account maintenance and open order management for Canadian Core territories and Los Angeles territory. In 2016, Matt became an Executive Meeting Manager at Balboa Bay Resort, where they were responsible for sales and servicing of guests requiring business or social meeting space, guest rooms, banquet food and beverage, audio visual and/or other services provided by the property. In 2018, Matt joined Innovative Systems LLC as a Client Support Consultant and was later promoted to Client Success Consultant.

Matt Suckel attended California State University, Long Beach from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Consumer Sciences and Business Marketing.
