Derek Meinhart

Derek is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business. He joined ISS in 2004 as an Operations Manager and then was promoted two years later to the position of Branch Sales Manager. In 2007, he became Vice President where he was responsible for managing all the daily operations for over 20 ISS locations.

Derek became President of the Company in 2018 where he utilizes his decades of experience, dedication, and commitment to unparalleled customer service, to propel the company to reach its fullest potential for decades to come. Derek is also the President of ISS Insurance Group which was founded in August of 2012.

A firm believer in giving back to the communities that are served by the Company, he leads his team in contributing time and energy to local efforts and not-for-profit organizations. Under his leadership, Innovative Staff Solutions creates a culture focused on philanthropy and community support. Leading by example, the Innovative Staff Solutions and ISS Insurance Group teams have completed more than 25,000 hours of community impact in the past 5 years.

Derek is a past board member for the local chapter of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), past President of The United Way of Coles County, past Local Workforce Investment (LWIA) board member and is a current President of the Mattoon Golf & Country Club & current board member for the Coles County Community Business Group.
