Joe Salas is the current President & CEO at Innovative Systems Group. Joe has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Joe has been involved in the development, acquisition, and management of commercial real estate properties across the United States. Joe has a proven track record of successful investments in the hospitality, retail, office, and residential sectors. Prior to their current role, Joe served as President & CEO of SMN Development, a commercial real estate development firm. Joe also held leadership positions at AE Investment, Hotel Baker, and Ram Group Investment. Joe is a graduate of the University of Illinois and has a MBA from the University of Chicago.

Joe Salas has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from DePaul University.
