Kelly Mottet

Director, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Innovative Trauma Care

Kelly Mottet has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Kelly started their career at Afexa Life Sciences in 2010 as a Scientific Affairs Associate and worked there until 2012. Kelly then joined Li Ka Shing Applied Virology Institute as a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Specialist from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they moved to IMBiotechnologies Ltd as the Director of Business Development and Marketing, where they stayed until 2020. From 2012 to 2020, Kelly worked at Innovative Trauma Care Inc. in different roles, including Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Project Manager of Research and Development, and Product Support Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at MACH32 starting from 2022, and previously served as Vice President of Commercialization at the same company from 2020 to 2022.

Kelly Mottet has a strong educational background with degrees in various fields of study. From 2004 to 2006, Kelly pursued a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Immunology and Infection at the University of Alberta. Continuing their academic journey, from 2007 to 2010, Kelly obtained a Master of Science degree in Virology, also at the University of Alberta. In order to further their skill set and knowledge, from 2011 to 2013, Kelly pursued a Management Development Certificate in Business at the University of Alberta. Throughout their education, Kelly remained dedicated to developing their expertise in multiple areas of study.
