Troy Cassels is an experienced professional holding the position of President at both Innovative Turnaround Controls and Toadfly Technologies, LLC, since 2008. At Innovative Turnaround Controls, established in April 2005, Troy focuses on providing strategic direction and achieving results. Additionally, Troy has owned CasslesCo, specializing in real estate and asset management, since 2005. Prior to these roles, Troy co-founded Core Engineering LLC in 2008, contributing to successful partnerships until February 2018.
