Damien Pla

Damien Pla has worked in the aviation industry since 2014. Damien began their career as a Mecanicien Aeronautique at ENAC - Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile in 2014. Damien then worked as an Ajusteur Monteur at Daher in 2015 and at Collins Aerospace in 2016. In 2019, they took on roles at both Airbus and Collins Aerospace, working as an Inspecteur Qualite and Technicien Methodes, respectively. Most recently, they have been a Manager, Customer Success at Innov'ATM since 2021.

Damien Pla has a Licence techniques industrielles en aéronautique et spatial from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, which they obtained in 2020. Damien also has an Ajusteur monteur aéronautique from Derichebourg, which they obtained in 2016. In 2019, they attended derichebourg evolution formation.
