Don Cooper

Don Cooper is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the CEO, Chief Entrepreneurial Officer, and President & General Manager at Innovator Industrial Services Inc. since July 2009, Don has also founded Amplifier X in September 2019, focusing on enhancing company performance through digitization and machine learning. Previous positions include Vice President & General Manager at Stats Group International Inc. and Project Development Manager at JV Driver Projects Inc. In addition to a successful career in management, Don has received recognition as the 2021 Kolbe Professional of the Year and is a Certified Kolbe Consultant. Don's educational background includes studies in behavior design and safety management, as well as degrees from the University of Alberta and Memorial University.
