Roderick Conway

Roderick Conway is an experienced foreman with a strong background in plumbing and pipefitting. Currently employed at Innovator Industrial Services Inc. since October 2014, Roderick supervises a team of plumbers on night shifts and possesses expertise in high-pressure hydro testing, torqueing, rigging, and reading isometric drawings. Prior experience includes serving as a Lead Hand Journeyman Plumber at Trotter and Morton, where Roderick oversaw a team working on the Calgary airport extension, and as a Journeyman Plumber at Daystar Mechanical Plumbing and Heating, where responsibilities involved residential and commercial plumbing, project quoting, and health and safety assessments. Roderick began the plumbing career as a Craftsman Plumber at Bernard Maguire Plumbing and Heating, focusing on domestic plumbing and heating system design and installation. Roderick holds an education from Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus.
