Digital Accessibility And Section 508 Specialist at Innovatus Technology Consulting

Rich Melcher began their professional career in 2004 as a Graphic Designer for MW Steele Group, where they designed and coordinated production of promotional and marketing collateral for an architecture/urban planning firm. In 2005, they took on a Freelance Interpretive Signage Design role for Natural Perspectives Consulting, designing a series of eight educational signs to be installed along a trail adjacent to a section of a reclaimed/restored creek. In the same year, they also became Principal at M Designworks, providing strategic consulting and design services for a range of clients. In 2011, they took on the role of Marketing Coordinator at The Office of James Burnett, performing a critical role supporting all facets of the award-winning landscape architecture firm's marketing and business development efforts. In 2013, they started working at CityWorks as a Graphic Designer, as part of a multidisciplinary team designing and coordinating production of print and digital collateral. In the same year, they also began working at Innovatus Technology Consulting as a Program Manager.

Rich Melcher obtained a Certificate from San Diego Continuing Education in 2016 for Front End Web Developer 1. Rich also earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Art Institute of California - San Diego in 2007, majoring in Graphic Design.
