Lenka Maiello

Lenka Maiello has worked at two companies in their career. From December 2012 to September 2015, they worked at Innovaway as a Multilingual IT Help Desk Agent. From October 2015 to July 2017, they were promoted to Team Leader at Innovaway. Following that, they served as a Project Manager from August 2017 to February 2022. Lastly, they worked as a Service Account Manager at Innovaway from March 2022 to the present. Prior to Innovaway, Lenka worked at Vodafone. From January 2010 to March 2010, they were employed as an AP Junior Accountant. Then, from April 2010 to June 2011, they worked as a General Ledger Accountant and a Record to Report Process Analyst.

Lenka Maiello pursued their education at Tomas Bata University in Zlín from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Laurea Specialistica degree in Scienze dell'Economia e della Gestione Aziendale, with a field of study in Economia. Additionally, they acquired the ITIL 4 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2022.
