Neil Simpson has extensive work experience in various roles. Neil is the Founder and Principal Consultant of InnoVelocity Inc, a Digital Process Automation consultancy that has delivered successful results for leading organizations in various industries. Neil specializes in Digital Process Automation technologies and supporting technologies such as ABBYY, DocuSign, Tableau, and UiPath.

Neil also worked as a Senior Program Manager at Blue Shield of California, where they successfully delivered key programs in the strategic projects PMO. In this role, they were involved in Divisional Trizetto Facets implementation, integration with Pharmacy vendors, Pharmacy Claims Processor RFP vendor fit/capability analysis, and selection, as well as handling non-exchange enterprise Health Reform regulations.

Prior to that, Neil worked at Intel as a Sr. Web Application Developer & Project Manager. Neil delivered software solutions that improved Intel's worldwide Fab material development, ramp, and supply-line management activities. Their contributions resulted in overall department productivity savings and the integration of redundant tools, as well as closing internal audit items.
