Kaiming Wei

Kaiming Wei has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in International Trade & Finance from the University of Kansas School of Law. From December 2017 to July 2021, at NOAH HOLDINGS, Kaiming worked as a Risk Manager responsible for the risk management of private equity funds in Hong Kong and the United States. Additionally, Kaiming also served as a Legal Manager overseeing SEC compliance and corporate governance matters for a NYSE listed company. Currently, at Innovent Biologics since July 2021, Kaiming holds the position of Senior Legal Counsel, providing legal support for global business development projects, cross-border investment and financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
