Xu Yiyin

Ms. Xu Yiyin (“Ms. Xu”), an independent non-executive director of the Company, is responsible for providing independent opinions and judgments to the Board. Ms. Hsu received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley in May 1998.

Ms. Xu is currently a partner of Cornell Capital. Since the establishment of Cornell Capital in 2013, she has been involved in various businesses. She has participated in project open source, evaluation, and execution, and is fully responsible for some investment projects, including formulating cross-border expansion strategies.

From 2013 to 2015, Ms. Xu worked as a partner in Zhuoyi Capital, mainly responsible for investment and monitoring of portfolio companies. Prior to this, Ms. Xu served as Mindray's chief financial officer and director from 2006 to 2009. In 2006, she led Mindray to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and then completed two overseas acquisitions in 2008 and 2013. In 2016, she served as Mindray Sole consultant for US delisting and private placement. From 1998 to 2006, Ms. Xu served as executive director of Goldman Sachs Asia, and has successfully invested in many Chinese projects, including Focus Media Holdings Co., Ltd., China Yurun Food Group Co., Ltd. and Mindray International Medical Co., Ltd., C&M Communications in South Korea and Japan Telecom investment activities also played an important role. Ms. Xu served as non-executive director of Corelle Brands, non-executive director of ACEA Bioscience, non-executive director of Weconex, director of Mindray Medical International Co., Ltd.
