Elizabeth Gibson

Elizabeth Gibson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elizabeth began their career as an Assistant at Riverside Drive Animal Care Center in 1998, before moving on to become a Kennel Manager at Advanced Boarding and Grooming in 2002. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of a boarding kennel and managed a staff of 10-15 employees. Elizabeth also handled inventory management and implemented strategies to maximize the facility's capacity while reducing overhead.

In 2006, Elizabeth joined Professional Veterinary Products, where they held multiple positions. As a Customer Care Representative, they worked closely with a field sales representative to identify business opportunities and develop relationships within a designated book of business. Elizabeth also excelled in cross-selling additional products and upselling current promotions. Later, they transitioned to the role of New Account Specialist, where they assisted new customers in smoothly transitioning to the company.

In 2010, Elizabeth joined Animal Health International, Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative. Elizabeth worked in multiple territories alongside designated Field Sales Representatives, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the company's market share growth within the existing customer base. Elizabeth also acquired new customers within the territory, thanks to their industry knowledge and dedication.

Since 2015, Elizabeth has been associated with Innovetive Petcare, where they initially served as a Business Development professional. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development. Innovetive Petcare is responsible for overseeing various areas such as Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Operational Support for veterinary practices. Elizabeth's role involves ensuring the prosperity and growth of these practices, allowing veterinarians and staff to concentrate on delivering exceptional patient care. Elizabeth also promotes work-life balance, a strong supportive community, ongoing training, and career development for the teams.

Throughout their career, Elizabeth has demonstrated a strong work ethic, industry knowledge, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Elizabeth Gibson obtained their High School Diploma from Hilliard Darby High School. Elizabeth then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University in 2005.
