Sarah McDowell, PRC

Sarah McDowell, PRC has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sarah most recently worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Innovetive Petcare, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, Sarah was a Recruiter at Destination Pet from December 2021 to September 2022.

From August 2020 to December 2021, Sarah worked as a Recruiter at Rarebreed Veterinary Partners. Before that, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works from March 2020 to July 2020.

Sarah also gained experience in recruitment and marketing roles at Wayfair, where they worked as a Recruiter from June 2019 to February 2020. Sarah also held positions as a Merchandising Associate from January 2018 to June 2019 and as a Fraud Analyst from July 2017 to January 2018.

Additionally, Sarah worked as a Marketing Intern at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens from May 2016 to July 2017 and at Mynt Investments, LLC from May 2015 to May 2016. Sarah started their career as a Research Assistant at Maine Business School from September 2014 to May 2015.

Sarah McDowell attended Nashoba Regional High School and obtained a High School Diploma. Sarah then went on to study Marketing at the University of Maine and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. In May 2021, they obtained the Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from AIRS powered by ADP.
