Kendal joined Innovex in 2016 as VP of Corporate Development and has been a key member of the Innovex team leading M&A, treasury and integration since Innovex’s inception. He was promoted to the position of CFO in early 2019 with wide ranging responsibility for the company’s financial operations. Previously, Kendal served as a VP with Intervale Capital, a middle market OFS private equity firm, where he was responsible for identifying, assessing and managing a variety of oilfield service investments. Kendal earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Kansas.
