Norma Jaime

Norma Jaime possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and project management, currently serving as Global Quality Assurance at Innovex since November 2022, where responsibilities include process standardization across ISO/API locations, new process introduction, quality trend analysis, and auditing. Prior to this role, Norma held several positions at AFGlobal Corporation from August 2013 to October 2022, including QA Analyst and Quality Manager, focusing on CNC machining, welding, and inspection as well as engineered connector technologies. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager and QA Manager at Taper-Lok and as a Sales Coordinator and Quality Management Representative at the same company. Additionally, experience at Ovation Data Services from November 2010 to August 2013 involved technical project coordination and quality control of seismic data. Norma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Houston-Downtown, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
