Mary Hurand is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Condocerts.Com since July 2021, Mary also holds the position of President at the Community & Owners Buying Organization, where tenure began in July 2014. As a founder and President of Express Cards & Magnets, Inc., which commenced in January 1993, Mary has been influential since its inception. Additionally, Mary has held multiple presidential roles at CCA Global Partners and its divisions, including the Community Management Cooperative and Innovia Co-op, from July 2014 to September 2023 and July 2014 to July 2021, respectively. Earlier in their career, Mary served as Chief Operating Officer at United Community Management Corp. from May 2004 to July 2010.
