Mark Lancaster

Mark Lancaster has a diverse work experience in HR roles spanning over two decades. Mark is currently the Head of HR at Innovia Films since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CCL Secure as an HR Manager for the EMEA region from February 2018 onwards. Mark previously held the same role at CCL Secure from January 2015 to February 2018. Before joining CCL Secure, Mark was an HR Business Partner at Amcor Flexibles from May 2014 to January 2015. Mark also has experience working at Home Group as a Senior HR Business Partner from June 2011 to May 2014, HR Business Partner from January 2010 to June 2011, and as an HR Advisor from September 2006 to January 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR & Training Officer at Pirelli from November 2004 to September 2006, and as a Trainee Personnel Officer at Copeland Borough Council from September 2002 to September 2003.

Mark Lancaster attended the University of Northumbria from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resource Management.
