Catherine Giles

Catherine Giles possesses extensive experience in financial reporting and technical accounting, having held notable positions at several reputable organizations. As Global Corporate Controller at Innovid from November 2023 to June 2024 and previously as Director of Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting, Catherine has demonstrated expertise in U.S. financial regulations. At Quanterix, from September 2021 to September 2023, Catherine served as Director, Assistant Controller, and Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. Prior roles include Head of Financial Reporting at Bruker and a series of positions at Monotype, where responsibilities ranged from leading financial reporting and equity administration to ensuring compliance with SEC filings. Catherine began the career at GSI Group as Assistant Controller, focusing on developing financial processes. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University.
