Luisina Susbielles

Luisina Susbielles has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and staffing analysis. Luisina currently works at Innovid as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they have been since July 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Innovid as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from February 2021 to July 2023. Before joining Innovid, Luisina worked at BairesDev as a Staffing Analyst from September 2020 to February 2021, and as an IT Recruiter from January 2020 to August 2020. Throughout their career, Luisina has gained expertise in recruiting for technology roles and working with dedicated and inspiring people.

Luisina Susbielles completed their undergraduate education at the University of Buenos Aires from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Relaciones del Trabajo. In 2018, they also earned a certification in Ponencia from IEALC. Currently, Luisina is pursuing a Master's degree in Gestión Humana y Desarrollo Organizacional at CMI Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
