Michelle Tan has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries and roles.
Michelle currently works at Innovid as an Associate Director of Business Intelligence, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence from July 2019 to December 2021. Additionally, they were a Revenue Operations Manager at Innovid from July 2017 to June 2019.
Before joining Innovid, Michelle worked at Criteo as a Sales Ops Analyst in the Americas from February 2016 to February 2017. In this role, they collaborated with stakeholders and client-facing teams to enhance sales outcomes. Michelle conducted data analyses for a significant book of business, designed Excel templates and Salesforce dashboards for automation, and received recognition for outstanding performance in analytics and Salesforce training.

Furthermore, Michelle gained experience as a Marketing Research Assistant at Northeastern University from September 2010 to December 2010, where they successfully planned and executed events, attracted attendees to an art gallery opening, and served as a Mandarin Chinese translator for a visiting artist.
Michelle Tan completed their Bachelor of Science in International Business at Northeastern University from 2009 to 2014. During their time there, they focused on Management Information Systems, Marketing, and Chinese/East Asian Studies. Additionally, in 2012, Michelle studied International Business at Hong Kong Baptist University and Chinese Language and Literature at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
