Nicki Spear has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nicki most recently worked at Innovid, starting in 2019 as the Senior Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts, where they led several of Innovid's top revenue and growth potential clients. Nicki'sresponsibilities included engaging US and global marketers' audiences with scaled ad serving, data-driven personalization, and converged TV measurement. Before that, from 2015 to 2019, they worked at Bazaarvoice as the Senior National Sales Director, Advertising, where they connected over 5,000 brands and retailer sites to authentic consumer opinions through their technology platform. Prior to Bazaarvoice, they held the position of Director of National Sales at Bottlenotes from 2013 to 2015. Before that, from 2010 to 2013, they worked at Snooth Media, first as the VP of Sales, then as the Senior Director of Sales, and later as the Digital Sales Director. Nicki also had a role as the Digital Sales Manager from 2009 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked at the New York Post as an Online Account Executive from 2007 to 2009 and at TV Guide as a Senior Sales Account Coordinator from 2005 to 2007. Overall, Nicki Spear has extensive experience in sales, account management, and partnerships in the advertising and media industry.
Nicki Spear attended Penn State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Communications Arts & Sciences.
