The Canadian defence and security market is one of the most complex ecosystems a company can try to enter. It has its own language, its own relationships, and its own rules. Knowing the technology is not enough. Knowing the market is everything.
Innovigo was founded in 2021 by two veterans of the intelligence and special operations communities. Between us, we bring decades of operational experience spanning military operations, strategic intelligence, ISR, and work with some of the most demanding defence and security organizations in Canada and abroad. We built Innovigo because we understood what companies were missing when they tried to enter this market: not just advice, but genuine insider knowledge of how decisions get made, who makes them, and what it actually takes to be taken seriously.
We help technology companies and innovative organizations enter and grow within the Canadian defence and security market. That means helping you understand where your solution fits within current government and military priorities, positioning your organization credibly with the right stakeholders, and building the relationships that translate into real opportunities.
Our services span market entry strategy, stakeholder engagement, competitive intelligence, threat analysis, and organizational resilience. We work across the full spectrum of the defence and security ecosystem, from early-stage market assessment to procurement strategy and long-term partnership development.
We work with companies that have real solutions. Our job is to make sure the right people see them, understand them, and act on them.
If you are ready to enter the Canadian defence and security market, or looking to strengthen your position within it, we should talk.
