Babak Arvanaghi, M.D. has held several leadership positions throughout their career. In 2009, they became the CEO of ASCpro, a software company specializing in accreditation and regulatory compliance for ASCs. In 2011, they joined Innovim as the President of Healthcare Solutions. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of the Pain Management Institute starting in 2002.
Babak Arvanaghi, M.D. completed their medical education at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters degree in Molecular Physiology from Georgetown University in 1987. Following their medical degree, Dr. Arvanaghi completed an Internship in Internal Medicine at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 1992. Babak then pursued a Residency in Anesthesiology at The George Washington University from 1992 to 1995. Finally, they completed a Fellowship in Pain Management at Harvard University in 1996.
