Jigar Desai

Jigar Desai currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Innovista Health, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jigar was the Executive Chairman of MCS Puerto Rico from January 2022 to March 2023 and the Chief Executive Officer at GlobalHealth, Inc. from June 2020 to March 2023. Jigar also held the title of CEO for Freedom, Optimum, and AFC at Elevance Health from April 2018 to June 2020. Additionally, Jigar served as Chief Financial Officer for Freedom Health & Optimum HealthCare and Americas 1st Choice - SC/NC from May 2008 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes managing finance roles at WellCare and Universal Healthcare. Jigar Desai holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from AISSMS College of Engineering in Pune, India.
