Samir Mahindrakar

Samir Mahindrakar has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Samir most recently served as the Head HRBP - Talent, Learning & OD at Innoviti Technologies since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Talent Management & Organization Effectiveness at Principal Financial Group from October 2020 to May 2022. Samir also held various roles at FIS, .seed, Vodafone, Carphone Warehouse (Now Currys plc), and Satyam Computer Services Ltd, where they gained experience in talent management, organization development, learning, leadership development, and corporate human resources.

Samir Mahindrakar has completed an Executive Diploma in Organization Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2020. Samir also holds an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, they have pursued Brain Based Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute India & SouthAsia, and received a Certificate of Participation in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Society for Human Resource Management - SHRM in 2019. As for their undergraduate education, Samir obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Statistics and Operations Research from the University of Mumbai. Furthermore, they have acquired additional certifications in DISC from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in 2009, and as a Certified MBTI Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2008.
