Sathish Chinnaiah

Sathish Chinnaiah has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning various roles and companies. Sathish'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Human Resources at Innoviti Technologies, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Envestnet | Yodlee India as the Human Resources Director from August 2019 to March 2023 and as a Senior Human Resources Manager from June 2017 to July 2019. Before that, they held roles at Herbalife International, including Global Human Resources Manager from June 2014 to May 2017, Manager, Human Resources from January 2013 to May 2014, and Assistant Manager - HR from March 2010 to December 2012. Sathish also gained experience at IBM as Lead HR from February 2009 to March 2010 and at Sitel (ITC Infotech) as an HR Executive & Sr. HR Executive from December 2005 to February 2009. Sathish started their career as a Lecturer and Placement Coordinator at the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering from August 2004 to December 2005.

Sathish Chinnaiah (He/Him/His) completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University in 2000-2004. Sathish then pursued an MBA in Human Resources from Bharathiar University in 2006-2008. In 2011-2012, Sathish obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in Human Resources Management from Anexas Denmark. Additionally, they hold certifications in Succession Planning from LinkedIn, British Council English from the British Council, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Anexas Europe, all obtained at different times. Sathish has also been awarded the titles of Competent Communicator and Competent Leader by Toastmasters International.
