Richard Schild

Richard Schild is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of API at Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Richard held similar leadership roles at Entasis Therapeutics and TG Therapeutics, where responsibilities included overseeing API process development and commercialization of antibacterial products. Richard's extensive background also includes significant positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where technical leadership in drug substance manufacturing and CMC regulatory support was key, and at Mobil Oil, focusing on process development and commercialization of petrochemical technologies. Richard holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
