Dee Conger has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They are the Founder and Owner of NextBeam since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Founder and Owner of Circle Air Group, where they successfully revitalized the organization and made it a prominent destination for corporate travel and maintenance. They also served as the Founder and CEO of Wytec and as a Founder and Board Member of Innovive, Inc., where they invented technology that revolutionized the housing of rodents for medical research. Dee Conger was the CEO of Ansata Therapeutics, Inc. and also worked as the SVP of Operations at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. They started their career as a Fighter Pilot in the USAF and later worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.

Dee Conger obtained a Master's degree in Engineering from Northwestern University in 1994 to 1996. During the same period, they also pursued an MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
