Aaron Scliar is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in system engineering and technical management across diverse industries. Currently serving as the ATE System Engineering Team Leader at Innoviz Technologies since May 2022, Aaron previously held the role of Technical Manager & System Engineering at CONTROP Precision Technologies Ltd., overseeing multidisciplinary defense systems projects. With a rich background in system architecture and technical consulting for A-Sim, and project management in robotic and homeland security systems, Aaron has demonstrated expertise in leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects. Aaron's career also includes significant positions at Michshur sz 1984, Logic Industries, Polygon/Weldobot, and Astronautics C.A., showcasing a strong foundation in electronics and project management. Aaron holds an MBA from the University of Derby and a BSc in Electronics from Ben Gurion University.
