Inbar Golan

Inbar Golan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They currently work at Innoviz Technologies as the Director of Product Quality & Compliance. Prior to that, they held the role of Product Quality Manager at the same company.

Inbar also has experience working at Elbit Systems, where they served as the Director of Quality Assurance for the ELOP division. They managed a team of QA Engineers and were responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems based on industry standards. They also worked as a System Engineer and Quality Engineer at Elbit Systems, focusing on system verification and validation processes and subcontractor activities.

Before joining Elbit Systems, Inbar had brief stints at YCD Multimedia and C-nario as a Strategic Project Manager and QA Team Leader, respectively. They also worked in various roles at C-nario, including Project Manager, Support Team Leader, and QA & Support Engineer.

Inbar's career began in the Israeli Navy as an Electronic Naval Officer.

Inbar Golan holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Maritime Studies from the University of Haifa, which they pursued from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, Inbar has a practical certification as an Electronic Engineer from the Israeli Navy, which they completed from 1995 to 1997. Inbar also has a forthcoming certification as a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor from the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), set to be obtained in 2023.
