Ofer Grossman

Ofer Grossman is an experienced professional in production engineering and configuration management, currently working at Innoviz Technologies since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ofer served as the Head of Production Engineering Group at ADASKY from May 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing production processes, leading cross-organizational projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards in automotive quality. Ofer's experience also includes a tenure at Mellanox Technologies from March 2015 to May 2019, where roles included Sr. Production Engineer and Project Manager, focusing on product configuration and process optimization. Earlier, Ofer worked at Israel Aerospace Industries on Boeing 787 operations, utilizing VBA programming for data analysis. Ofer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on Information Systems from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained in 2015.
