Revital Edward-Karni

Revital Edward-Karni is a seasoned Learning & Development professional currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager at Innoviz Technologies since August 2023. With extensive experience at ECI Telecom from November 2006 to August 2023, Revital held various roles, including Learning & Development Partner and Organizational Development & Training Manager, responsible for designing and executing programs in culture, leadership, team-building, and talent development. Additionally, Revital managed global organizational processes such as talent management and performance appraisal. Previous experience at Ribbon Communications included the role of HR Admin & Welfare Coordinator as well as Learning & Development Partner. Revital holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy & Management from Ben Gurion University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
