Jay Vora

Jay Vora has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jay is currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at Innovo Property Group since February 2016. Prior to this, they worked as the Controller at MAC Property Management/Antheus Capital from April 2012 to February 2016.

From January 2007 to March 2012, Jay was employed at Tishman Speyer as the Finance Director. Before that, they served as the Finance Manager at Oce Business Services from October 2005 to December 2006.

Jay also worked as a Consultant - Sarbanes Oxley at iGTL Solutions (USA) Inc. from January 2004 to September 2005. From January 2000 to August 2003, they owned and operated their own firm, Jay Vora & Associates.

Before starting their own business, Jay worked as a Senior Associate at B. T. Vora & Co. from August 1996 to August 2003. Additionally, they served as a Consultant at VMF Softtech Limited from 1999 to 2003.

Jay Vora's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications in the field of accounting and audit. In 1996 to 1999, they attended Gujarat University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM) degree with a focus on Accounting and Statistics. During the same period, they also attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and earned a degree in Chartered Accountancy. In 2001, Jay Vora pursued further education at ISACA and obtained a Certification in Information Systems Audit (CISA). In 2003, they attended the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and earned a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
