Léa Savard has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014. Léa worked as a French Teacher at Alliance Francaise - French Alliance, and held various roles in housekeeping, including Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Villa Madame Hotel, Head Housekeeper at Hotel El Panama, Le Meridien Etoile, and Hotel Christopher St Barth, and Executive Housekeeper at Le Miramar Hôtel. In 2016, they were Head Housekeeper at Crown Resorts. In 2017 and 2018, they were Assistante Gouvernante Générale at GRAND HOTEL DE CALA ROSSA and Starhotels Castille Paris *****, respectively. In 2019, they became Head of Operations and Head of Customer Care at Innovorder.
Léa Savard completed their Make up Artist certification at Christian Chauveau from 2007 to 2010. Léa then obtained their BTS in Sales and Tourism productions at EPH from 2010 to 2012. Léa then moved on to Grand Sud Toulouse to receive their Bachelor Degree in Tourism D'affaires et Evenementiel from 2012 to 2013. Léa also obtained their Licence Européenne DEES Tourisme et Hôtellerie from Fédération Européenne des Ecoles during this time. Finally, they completed their MBA in International Hospitality & Luxury Brands Management at CMH : International Hospitality Management School from 2013 to 2015.
